Tech was efficient checking the equipment, was done in about 30 - 45 minutes
Preformed summer maintenance checked all safety devices system working with in specification at this time
Found unit fan operating but the compressor was down tested and inspected all electrical components and controls and found a partially failed capacitor replaced capacitor and cycled the ac all operations are normal at this time. Bill customer.
Customer requested batteries to be replaced on the thermostat while doing this thermostat shorted out for no discernable reason replaced thermostat under warranty and started ac performed cnc on ac found system low on charge and balanced system with r22 all operations are normal at this time. Collected old thermostat.
Repair 2 units low on charge unit number 5 and 8 installed stop leak in both units and recharged up the factory specifications
Performed clean and check on ac system checked filter checked charge insured unit was draining tested and inspected all electrical components and controls brushed dirt and debris out of the unit all operations are normal at this time.
Perfored spring maintenance, cycld all equipment,ran all tests needed, tested all safety devices, cleaned condenser coil, checked air filter, checked refrigerant charge. Found unit to be working within specifications all operation normal at this time
Performed clean and check on Bryant furnace and Aprilaire Humidifier. Cleaned trap in furnace, performed combustion analysis test and tested all safety devices on the furnace. Changed humidifier pad and made sure it was working properly. Cycled system in heating mode. All operations correct at this time.
Removed and replaced the bad inducer motor assembly that was diagnosed during maintenance, cycled unit, all operations ok at this time.
Performed winter maintenance, cycled all equipment, ran all tests needed, tested all safety devices, found furnace with an inducer motor assembly going bad, part is ordered at carrier in will call under the last name, scheduled for repair next week, changed humidifier pad, all other operations ok at this time.
Found unit unresponsive, tracked down thebunitbto be missing a leg of power from L2, this was due to a blown high voltage fuse which was a result of the capacitor being weak. Removed and replaced the bad fuse and the weak capacitor, cycled unit, all operations ok at this time.
Performed maintenance on heat pump system tested and inspected all electrical components and controls rinsed and cleaned condenser coil, checked filter and temp drop noted cap missing from service valve which I replaced inspector had noted that insulation around the suction line is missing did note that insulation is cracked and worn however it is not effecting operation of the system nor is this impeding the efficiency of the system. All operations are normal at this time.

Found furnace not operational due to a bad transformer and door switch also found burnt wiring for a.c. 24 volt side. Based on the age and condition of the furnace I recommended replacement, customer wished to repair system. Returned with parts needed for the job however customer had elected to replace the system informed Greg and collected relevant information.

Performed clean and check on ac and gas furnace and humidifier found burnt wiring found contactor to capacitor which I corrected insured operation was normal on ac after repair found humidifier drain broken returned with new drain for humidifier and repaired, replaced humidifier pad and confirmed proper operation of all equipment.
Found unit withered the thermostat wired wrong for heat, wired correctly for heat and cycled furnace, all operations ok at this time.
Performed winter maintenance, cycled all equipment, ran all tests needed, tested all safety devices, ran combustion tests, found 1st floor furnace to need a transformer and circuit board, removed and replaced with a new transformer and circuit board, found all other operations OK at this time, changed humidifier pads.
