Local HVAC Company Expands Legacy with Acquisition of Established Residential Brand

Beckman Services, Inc. continues the tradition of family owned HVAC operations with purchase of the local, legacy brand Jansen Heating and Air Conditioning.

Cincinnati, OH – Beckman Services, Inc., a powerhouse in the commercial services industry, has acquired the long-standing and Cincinnati based HVAC Company – Jansen Heating and Air Conditioning. This merger was a natural fit as it combines two long-standing, family-owned, client-centric companies who install and service HVAC, refrigeration and electrical systems in the Greater Cincinnati Area.

Jansen Heating and Air Conditioning was founded in 1953 and proudly served Madeira and the surrounding Cincinnati communities with reliable and dedicated service. Ben Jansen is quoted as saying – “I have found a family-owned company which will continue the Jansen legacy and allow me to retire…Beckman Services is owned by a 2nd generation of the Beckman family.” Jansen continued by saying, “They hold the same family values which they bring to the company and their employees as we have held at Jansen Heating and Air Conditioning for many decades.”
