Nathan cane after hours on a very cold evening when my furnace wasn’t working. He was friendly and patient. He was able to find out the problem, get it working for the evening, and gave information and a quote on what was needed to fix it long term. He took the time to explain the type of system I had, how old it was, and what options there would be when replacement was needed. I’m sure he had a busy night with calls, but took his time to help and explain things.
