Preformed summer maintenance checked all safety devices changed filter fil20 system is working with in specifications at this time
Installed new Carrier complete Infinity system, filter rack, lineset, humidifier and Infinity Controller.
Fixed failed inspection by securing fresh air to furnace
When I arrived system outside was not running capacitor was bad switched out under warranty and switched out filter for cuetomer
Found blower wheel scraping against the furnace also noted water inside of the blower compartment. Removed blower assembly found shaft and wheel rusted and damaged checked warranty with johnstone and confirmed that unit is registered and has a parts warranty. Ordered blower motor and wheel parts was unable to locate collector box and seals contacting johnstone direct for further clarification. Unit is deactivated at this time to avoid further damage. Returned with parts and installed blower wheel and motor sealed collector box and cycled system customer still needs a summer cnc scheduled as we did not have time to perform this during service due to the schedule. All operations are normal at this time.
Performed summer maintenance cycled all equipment needed checked all safety devices checked filter checked refrigerant charge, slightly low charge but cooling fine according to customer. Cleaned condenser coil unit working within specifications all operations ok at this time.
Performed clean and check on ac system started ac changed filter checked temp drop tested and inspected all electrical components and controls rinsed and cleaned ac coil all operations are normal at this time.
Found fan motor seized and fan blade damaged appeared something had hit the fan blade and locked up the motor until the motor failed however was unable to find any debris or Mark's where the blade may have hit the ac unit. Contacted carrier unit is under a parts warranty ordered blade and motor but they must be shipped to carrier. Expected arrival date is later afternoon thursday. Arrived installed new fan motor and blade all operations are normal reduced cost due to the long delay from carrier and reduction of labor since both parts were replaced at same time approved by Bill. Bill customer please.
Performed spring maintenance, cycled all equipment,ran all tests needed, tested all safety devices, checked air filter, cleaned condenser coil, found unit to be working within specifications, all operations ok at this time. Signed up for maintenance program.
Performed cnc on two ac systems checked filters insured units were draining tested and inspected all electrical components and controls Found damaged wire on common side of capacitor at unit two causing the unit to run with high amperage cut away damaged wire and replaced with new wire rinsed and cleaned ac coils checked charge all operations are normal at this time.

Installed new Amana high efficiency furnace, Amana air conditioning system and Aprilaire Humidifier. Condensate pump and wet switch.
Performed clean and check on heat pump heating and cooling since the winter maintenance had not been performed completed clean and check of both systems found a bad split capacitor on outdoor coil and replaced customer still had money left on account after both maintenance checks were performed credited the 99 left to the replacement of the capacitor all operations are normal at this time.
Installed new control board Set up control board with Bluetooth app rewired unit cycle system all operations are OK at this time
Set Bosch heat pump to force high speed to check charge cycled unit for 20 minutes tested and inspected all electrical components and controls checked filter and temp drop after 20 minutes checked charge. Shut down unit cleaned outdoor coil all operations are normal at this time.
Performed initial maintenance for the air conditioning system we installed in the fall, cycled unit, ran all tests needed, tested all safety devices, checked air filter, found unit to be working within specifications, all operations ok at this time. Service covered under new installation of equipment.
Unit locked out under ignition lock out found bad ignitor and replaced cycled furnace checked heat rise and found a clogged filter which I replaced reccomended to the customer to replace the filter once a month. Sent customer bill.
Found heater shutting down due to the pressure switch opening on ignition adjusted air damper on inducer motor all Operations Are OK at this time if the problem Persist the heat exchanger will need to be cleaned

Installed new fan coil, heatpump, disconnect, heatpump pad w/ pump-ups, new thermostat and breaker for heatpump.
Found bad limit and sequencer unit has very limited airflow due to a clogged indoor coil gave customer options as far as repair and replace customer contacting husband if customer goes with repair will have part by Friday or Monday at 2J. 2/3/19 customer elected to purchase new furnace closed out ticket and billed for service call.
Found unit with a weak capacitor and the blower motor about to fail, removed and replaced the blower motor and capacitor, cycled unit, all operations ok at this time.
Changed out tstat cycled system all operations correct at this time
Found unit unresponsive to the thermostat, rewired connections to make thermostat run in auxiliary heat because heat pump was locked out due to temperature, cycled unit, all operations ok at this time
I was here on Thursday evening. Customer called about water leaking. Found hose not sealed to the trap. Put a hose clamp on as the snap ring had failed
