Same issue as before we will need to return with heat tape torches and a blow gun to clear return line as it is clogged. Returned removed return line and removed all debris removed supply and cleaned debris. Changed oil filter and nozzle removed pump strainer and cleaned. Cycled furnace all operations are normal.
Performed winter maintenance, cycled all equipment, ran all tests needed, tested all safety devices, found unit to be working within specification, all operations ok at this time. Customer needs a new filter rack for the air handler it measures 16.75x21.5x1
Found oil furnace locked out customer had just had tank filled bled all air out of system and
Repair steam generator per Quote. Cleaned lime and deposit from generator replaced element and gaskets. replaced pressure relief valve cycled system all operation are ok at this time
Customer stated thermostat was partially blank and unit would not run customer replaced thermostat them selves and could not get unit to run. Upon arrival checked wiring of the control board and thermostat and detected no issues. Reset oil furnace oil furnace came on and cycled normally performed combustion analysis and confirmed proper operation.
Found boiler not running due to dirty oil nozzle. Performed clean and check on Weil McLain oil boiler system cycle system all operations are OK at this time
Found Aaon unit with a bad pressure switch replaced pressure switch cycled system all operation are ok at this time .
Found pool pump not working due to a bad circuit breaker. replaced circuit breaker. found one of the pool boilers not lighting due to dirty flame/ pilot assembley took apart boiler and cleaned assembley. the other boiler has had a delayed ignition and it blowed one of the 6 inch flue elbows apart. replaced 6 inch flue elbow and took apart boiler and cleaned all the burners and flame sensor. cycled all worked on equipment all operation are ok at this time.
