Chris and Jason arrived on time and started checking my furnace and heat pump. They were 10 years old and I was told I may have to replace them. Chris said I had a leak in one of the hoses in my heat pump because another hose had worn a hole in it due to the vibration. He showed me a picture of the leak before and after he fixed it. It ended up costing me $1000.00 less than estimated. I was thrilled with the outcome and the courteous and professional service Chris and Jason gave me. I will definitely refer Jansen Heating to all family and friends.

We recently purchased a Carrier air conditioner from Jansen Heating and Air. The day Mike Wedding came out we were just getting estimates. To our surprise, he fixed our old one so we could have air conditioning in the 90+ degree heat, he would NOT allow us to pay him for his kindness and he had no idea at that point who we would choose to do the job. He did it for our convenience! Wow! Where do you find that now-a-days? He also told us our furnace still had lots of life left in it. A Second wow! His honesty is rare today! Our research found that Carrier was clearly going to be our choice over companies that deal with Trane air-conditioners. We paid more but the quality and the level of service we received was EXCELLENT. When we are on our patio we Cannot hear the unit turn on or off, a quiet operating unit is definitely an added plus! Service was extremely respectful of our home. All our floors were covered. Mike Wedding, Bill Van Name, and Chris Clark were so pleasant, and knowledgeable. You immediately felt trust in their professionalism and personally they are very nice people you can trust. They completely answered all our questions - we had a lot! They educated us on how to run our furnace more efficiently in which we had been doing wrong for years! (Fan continuously ON as opposed to auto) they explained the science behind it and it made total sense! We felt a difference immediately especially upstairs and in the basement. It seems like the air conditioner is not turning on as much either.... we keep checking! We have bought 5 furnaces in our home owning years and this by far is a top shelf company in customer service & professionalism. Jansen employs knowledgeable and reliable people and carries EXCELLENT products. Thank you Jansen Heating Company. We will be recommending you!

Just wanted to say thanks! I called at 7:00 AM on a very cold morning and explained I had no heat. The receptionist said she would confirm the schedule after their 7:30 staff meeting. Soon I got a call that "Ray was on his way". Ray got here about 8:15 after traveling on some snowy roads. He diagnosed the problem quickly (ignitor switch), luckily had the replacement part, and did his repair work . I had heat by 9:00 ! Great Work Team Jansen !
